Contextive Holding Ltd acts as data processor on behalf of its customers when processing personal data through Workhub. The organisations listed below are engaged as sub-processors — they process personal data on our instruction in order to deliver the platform. We maintain Data Processing Agreements with each sub-processor and conduct due diligence to ensure appropriate technical and organisational safeguards are in place.
Workhub is hosted in the European Union (Netherlands) by default. We can provision customer-specific hosting regions on request; current available regions are listed in the Location of Processing column below.

Customers who have signed a Data Processing Agreement with us may object to the addition of a new sub-processor in accordance with the terms of that agreement.
